Ready for a challenge? The PAQ Program offers a two-year developmental and rotational program for recent graduates that will expose you to every aspect of Air Force and Space Force Civil Engineering.
We are seeking recent undergraduate and graduate students who have recently completed their degree or are in their final semester to be trained in the CE disciplines.
During a PAQ Internship, you will work shoulder to shoulder with current AFCS Civilian Engineers on challenging and rewarding projects where you will make real contributions and gain invaluable experience.
This is a development program with annual promotions where yearly salary increases are granted based upon performance and supervisory approval. Upon successful completion of the program, the PALACE ACQUIRE Program offers a permanent position at AFCS, making it a great way to start your professional life.
